Job Title: Superintendent-MEPJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong experince in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to join our project team. This role will involve supporting a significant project at a stadium, including the addition of a temporary chiller plant and the installation of a new plant. The position requires a highly skilled professional to effectively manage project tasks and ensure successful completion.Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee construction projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
  • Ensure effective subcontractor management and coordination.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.
  • Handle interior retail, office space, and infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain site safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Interact with project owners and executives for seamless communication.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Strong subcontractor management skills.
  • Experience in interior construction and fit-outs.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience managing larger project teams both in office and field settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Strong computer and documentation skills.
Work EnvironmentThe role requires working on-site, either in an office setting or a project trailer. The work environment is construction-based, providing exposure to project dynamics and interactions with both office staff and field personnel.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
