This Superintendent role involves leading on-site construction for mission critical projects-including data centers and high-tech facilities-ranging from $5M to $40M in the Northern Virginia region. You'll oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with project teams to deliver complex builds on time and within budget.As Superintendent, you'll lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale mission critical projects ranging from $5M to $40M. You'll coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain schedule, quality, and safety expectations while representing the company on-site.Key Responsibilities:Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standardsDirect and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staffLead daily safety meetings and enforce strict safety protocolsMaintain strong communication with project teams, clients, and inspectorsResolve field conflicts, RFIs, and site logistics challengesConduct quality inspections and ensure all installations meet project specificationsOversee project documentation, daily reports, and site progress trackingRepresent the company as the lead field contact for mission critical clientsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
