- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
- Build and manage collaborative solutions using SharePoint Online, including custom lists, libraries, and site configurations.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SQL Server, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize the adoption of Microsoft tools.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, and SQL Server.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.
- Deep enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and lifecycle management in the Microsoft 365 environment.
