
Business Systems Administrator/Developer

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Educated in current technologies in data management or Business Systems administration and major ERP Integration Software systems administration preferred
- Five years in ERP application support, technical operations, technical product support, and/or operations. Preferred experience in WorkDay, Laserfiche, SharePoint Online, or equivalent application certifications.
- Must have a minimum of one-year development education and one year of professional development experience in the following areas: C#, MS Reporting Services (SSRS) report writing. Must have developed simple to moderately complex software programs, workflows, or integrations from customer specs to user sign-off.
- Experience with one or more of the following: maintenance, supply chain, HRIS, accounting, etc. support information systems and system administration; specific ERP and major ERP Integration Software experience preferred, including Anvyl, FairMarkit, WorkDay, SharePoint Online or Laserfiche administration. Experience conducting workflow analysis, designing business systems, evaluating system changes and vendor management/package selection.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience with WorkDay, Sharepoint Online, or Laserfiche preferred
- Current report writing tools and business intelligence software and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint at the intermediate level.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
- Manage time, meet scheduled due dates, and track the status of projects.
- Work within a team and/or independently.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently.
