In this role, you will co-create visionary strategies that empower CFOs to drive sustainable, long-term business value. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing future-proof operating models that meet rigorous reporting, regulatory, and control standards, all while leveraging cutting-edge technologies. You will craft compelling cases for change, encompassing both financial and non-financial factors, and lead the execution of comprehensive Finance Transformation programs.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Finance Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the delivery of innovative processes and solutions. You will exercise your judgment to inform strategic recommendations, navigating through complex challenges and learning opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Defining and executing key deliverables
  • Managing project timelines and tracking progress
  • Engaging with clients daily, providing valuable insights and leading working sessions
  • Expect regular travel to meet the needs of our external clients and opportunities to lead teams and drive additional service offerings.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant sciences
  • Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience including consulting

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
