- Create ongoing short-form video for paid and organic distribution.
- Participate in client shoots and coordinate deliverables with the design/production team. Occasional domestic travel is required.
- Execute still photography and static design content as needed (with Canva or Adobe tools).
- Develop and manage paid and organic influencer campaigns using influencer management software.
- Source, brief, and manage creators aligned with brand tone, campaign KPIs, and social platform best practices.
- Execute whitelisting, UGC licensing, and ambassador programs in coordination with the Paid Social team.
- Lead social strategy development, content calendars, and channel planning.
- Collaborate with paid media, creative, and client teams to build integrated content plans.
- Oversee day-to-day posting, content optimization, and community coordination.
- Occasional management and supervision of junior social/content staff, interns, or contractors.
- Define KPIs, track influencer content performance, and provide ongoing optimizations.
- Present reporting and insights directly to clients.
- Contribute to new business strategy, estimations and audits when required.
- 3-5+ years of digital or social marketing experience, preferably agency-side (fast-paced, dynamic environment)
- Proven experience creating social-first content, and you’re comfortable appearing on camera
- Proactive leadership qualities that demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
- Experienced in anticipating needs, driving ideas forward without waiting for direction, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Experience managing influencer programs from sourcing through reporting
- Strong hands-on production skills: vertical video, basic editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), Canva, Adobe Suite
- Strong creative brief writing capabilities
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, UGC marketplaces, and social commerce trends is a major plus
- Interest or experience in ski/outdoor industry brands strongly preferred.
- Experience with social analytics, Google Suite, influencer tools (e.g., GRIN, Tagger, CreatorIQ)
- Confident presenting to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams and shows a strong passion for social media.
- Strong project management background to oversee multiple concurrent content calendars, influencer campaigns, and deliverables.
- Ability to handle social crises, escalations, or negative feedback in partnership with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with scoping new projects and developing proposals or estimates as needed.
