This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a positive attitude who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment. It includes processing orders and overseeing day-to-day administrative functions.Schedule OptionsTo accommodate varied lifestyles, we offer flexible scheduling:
- Part-time: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (perfect if you’re a parent of school-age children)
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Efficiently process and manage daily customer orders
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as document organization and reporting
- Maintain office supplies and assist with basic inventory control
- Ensure smooth internal communication and coordination
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to support operational needs
- Help maintain a positive, productive environment for staff
- You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
- You take pride in precision and consistency in your work
- You bring enthusiasm and a positive outlook, helping to uplift the team environment
- You communicate clearly and can prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively
- Previous experience in administrative support or office coordination preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus
