- Foster local office culture, plan team-building events, and promote collaboration and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities, vendor relationships, administrative support, and general office services.
- Oversee and mentor administrative staff, manage secretarial coverage, and support attorney satisfaction.
- Serve as liaison with building management and lead local safety, security, and emergency preparedness efforts.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist with local budgeting, monitor expenses, and process invoices.
- Support high-level meetings by coordinating catering, conference room bookings, and AV/IT requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of office administration or operations experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
