- matching up warehouse doc receipts to confirm dimensions, pieces and weight
- Making sure that files are rated correctly
- Following all the customer specific standard operating procedures. An example of a different SOP would be a customer may want additional info on their airway bills or having other statements and processes they prefer, EDI requirements or not)correctly as per the customer needs.
- Print out necessary documents for export
- Additional tasks would be collating and filing away folders, scanning internal documents and making sure documented correctly. Check on previous shipments and notifying clients of any delays
- Other office tasks as needed
