  • Execute troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks on electrical systems and components across a diverse range of industrial machinery.
  • Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics and diagrams for installation and repair.
  • Install, maintain, and repair conduits and electrical control panels.
  • Work with low voltage and high voltage controls up to 480 volts.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as induction furnaces, mold units, hydraulic systems, and various cranes and hoists.
  • Utilize knowledge of PLC controls for diagnostics and system adjustments.
  • Perform electrical testing, including Megging motors and verifying sensor functionality.
  • Adhere strictly to safety regulations, including Lock Out Tag Out procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed using basic computer applications.
Recommended Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Master Electrician Certification OR an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field OR an Industrial Electricity Certificate.
  • Minimum of 10 years of industrial electrical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls up to 480 volts.
  • Foundational understanding of PLC controls and their applications.
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and technical manuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical experience with Allen Bradley Rockwell Software platforms.
  • Knowledge of electronic instrumentation (e.g., temperature controllers, VFDs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
