- Systematically troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical aspects of production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Work with control systems and circuits, handling voltages up to 480 volts.
- Accurately read and follow complex electrical schematics and diagrams to perform installations and repairs.
- Perform layout and installation of electrical conduit and wiring for various applications.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on electric motors (excluding rewinding) and associated control panels.
- Address electrical and mechanical issues on various industrial equipment, including induction furnaces, hydraulic systems, and overhead lifting devices.
- Utilize programmable logic controller (PLC) knowledge for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company and industry safety standards, including proper Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately using basic computer software.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Master Electrician Certification OR an Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology OR an Industrial Electrician certification with equivalent coursework.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with low voltage and 480-volt electrical systems.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and their operational principles.
- Ability to provide your own standard hand tools.
