Responsibilities
  • Equipment installation and repair
  • Installing and troubleshooting of hydraulic parts, such as pumps, valves, cylinders, PTO's, wet line kits, etc.
  • Installing bodies such as, flatbeds and dump bodies
  • Grinding
  • Welding
  • Use of hand tools, welders, acetylene and oxygen torches and other shop equipment
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to life up to 75 pounds
  • Pushing and pulling equipment
  • Going up and down ladders and scaffolding
  • Bending, crouching and standing for up to 8 hours a day
Examples of duties:
  • Grinding, drilling, crouching underneath bodies, equipment and trucks
  • Operate heavy equipment that requires the use of safety glasses, hearing protectors, workboots and hard hats
  • Operate hydraulic systems at pressures of 3.000 pounds per square inch
Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM till 4:30 PMCompensation based on experience. Range $15- $18 per hour
