Project Manager Cyber Security/Data Center/Cloud Computing (Hybrid, Frisco, TX)We are looking for a Project Manager for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will be handling a combination of Driving project scoping definition, schedule planning, budgeting and tracking, working in Smartsheet, managing all aspects of meetings and deadlines scheduling and deliverables, and leading high-performance project teams. Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and build strong relationships with Global Cybersecurity partners and project teams in IT and in the BUs.This is a 10-month project (extensions possible), 37.5 hours per week (hours to start with may vary and be a little less), hybrid role in Frisco, TX.This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, and health benefits are offered.Responsibilities:

Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands.
Form strong project team relationships by leading and motivating team members, identifying and resolving blocks and conflicts. Coordinate efforts of team members, ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately and up to date in File shares and Smartsheet.
Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through the established change control process.
Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks.
Track and report on project milestones and provide weekly status report updates to the Cybersecurity team and leadership.
Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

Requirement:

5+ years of experience managing large, complex and transformative programs and projects such as software development, data center migrations or cloud computing strategies.
PMP certification and prior experience in professional services working with enterprise clients a plus.
In-depth experience with key practices, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Strong business acumen, with experience working in a variety of industries and business areas.
Must have demonstrated aptitude to understand a variety of technical domains and strategies regarding opportunities, challenges, risks and business impact.
Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated experience leading project sessions, partnering with geographically dispersed teams, and identifying/resolving project and team risks and conflicts.
Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Demonstrated experience in working in unstructured environments, excellent attitude and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and work well with others.
Agile approach in personal work style, with the ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with and resolving ambiguity.
Track record of building successful relationships, internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree.
