- Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for exempt roles such as customs brokers, account managers, and operational individuals and managers
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand volume hiring needs, certifications (e.g., TSA, IAC), and compliance standards.
- Create and execute a sourcing event strategy by researching job fairs, conferences, etc. * Process Design & Standardization
- Build a repeatable sourcing process for both high-volume and professional roles.
- Document workflows for outreach cadence, pipeline handoff, ATS tagging, and candidate tracking.
- Create structured intake templates and hiring manager calibration processes specific to freight forwarding. * Pipeline Management
- Develop localized talent pools to support hiring in major logistics hubs (e.g., LAX, ORD, ATL).
- Build diverse sourcing strategies for underrepresented groups in both frontline and exempt logistics roles.
- Leverage ATS to nurture pipelines and re-engage talent. * Vendor & Tool Ownership
- Partner with sourcing vendors such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Circa (for OFCCP compliance), and Indeed to ensure best practices.
- Research and propose new sourcing tools (ex. industry-specific communities, multilingual platforms, local job boards) and assist in implementation.
- Monitor contract performance, usage metrics, and ROI across all tools. * Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing feasibility, timelines, and executing different outreach strategies depending on the need.
- Train recruiting partners and hiring teams on messaging, sourcing tools, and role-specific tactics. * Talent Market Intelligence
- Provide ongoing labor market insights specific to freight forwarding (e.g., wage trends for dock workers, demand for licensed brokers). * Talent Brand Support

- The wage range for this position is $83,700.00-$120,500.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
- High School Diploma or GED and equivalent work experience (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree human resources, business, or related field (Preferred)
- 5+ years talent sourcing, preferably with exposure to both high-volume and professional recruiting. (Required)
- 1+ years OFCCP and compliance-related sourcing practices (Preferred)
- Understanding of freight forwarding, third-party logistics (3PL), and supply chain talent. High
- Building sourcing programs for both exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple U.S. geographies. High
- Sourcing platforms and CRM/ATS tools (e.g., Circa, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut). High
- Managing vendors, tracking platform usage, and presenting sourcing performance metrics. High
