Seeking an experienced Atlanta-based Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in the field, ideally with a background in managing interior healthcare construction projects, to join a leading national general contractor.
  • Oversee day-to-day onsite operations for interior healthcare construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
  • Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain project schedules and track progress to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance.
  • Resolve onsite issues promptly to minimize delays.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment use.

  • Proven experience overseeing interior commercial construction projects, ideally with healthcare interiors.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate onsite teams.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing site logistics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Clear and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to maintain quality while meeting tight schedules and budgets.
