We're seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5+ years in commercial construction, including ground-up and interior projects. Ideal candidates have a background in office, healthcare, and medical office building construction, with proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, safety, and schedules for a leading national GC.
  • Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage day-to-day field operations for office, healthcare, and medical office building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Resolve day to day field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

  • Brings 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to deliver office, healthcare, and medical office building projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Deep knowledge of construction safety standards, codes, and best practices.
  • Skilled in schedule management, quality control, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while maintaining professionalism.
