The Superintendent oversees the day-to-day field operations of ground-up and interior healthcare and medical office building construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, enforcing site safety, coordinating schedules, and ensuring construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
  • Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities for ground-up and interior projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Enforce safety protocols, monitor site conditions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections, track progress, and resolve field issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to address challenges and keep work aligned with project goals.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover to the client.

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up and interior construction projects.
  • Prior expereice working on healthcare and medical office building projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to direct subcontractors and field teams.
  • Skilled at problem-solving
  • Knowledgable in maintaining schedules in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communicator: able to collaborate with clients, project managers, and design professionals.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering projects to the highest standards.
