  • Manage the flow of projects through the company from intake to completion
  • Perform customer billings
  • Create change orders for customers and sends for signature
  • Maintain aged receivables
  • Help obtain financing for customers (3rd party and in-house financing)
  • Handle all customer issues pertaining to the contract, including but not limited to billing issues, cancellation requests, cancellations, and collections
  • Communicate with outside counsel, Better Business Bureau, and 3rd party collection agencies in an effort to resolve contract disputes not able to be resolved in-house
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Adobe (knowledge of Sage 300 CRE is a plus)
  • Must be able to review your own work for accuracy
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
