- Manage and track regulatory compliance programs overseen by Corporate Counsel including, but not limited to, Professional Fundraising, Supply Chain Due Diligence, International Trade Compliance, Environmental Reporting (Blue Box Canada).
- Contract management and administration for Savers business units
- Tracking transactions from beginning to end using Contract Lifecycle Management system
- Handle minor negotiated edits independently, with minimal input from Corporate Counsel
- Work with Corporate Counsel for required changes from approved templates
- Provide administrative support and assistance to internal attorney level positions:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives including due diligence and/or litigation as needed
- High attention to detail and curiosity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional groups and with various business teams
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with minimal supervision, and exercise independent judgment
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Capable of using SharePoint, Salesforce, DocuSign, and other software programs
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a legal compliance or contracts management role
- Paralegal Certification
- Experience working in regulated industries, preparing regulatory filings, and/or responding to regulatory inquiries
- Experience with Conga, Salesforce, or other contract lifecycle management system
- Basic understanding of contract law
