With three offices in Western Washington, Town and County has been providing customers with quality experience for over 50 years!We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Contracts Administrator to join our fast-paced operations team. The Contracts Administrator helps manage the projects' lifecycle from project creation through the completion of construction, in an effort to minimize delays and debt collection.You'll be managing the contracts for building projects where every job is a little different. We need someone who can think on their feet, identify challenges as they come up, and develop creative, practical solutions that keep the project moving forward. Whether it's finding a better way to coordinate schedules, addressing unique site conditions, or resolving financing details, you'll bring both ingenuity and professionalism to the table.The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with clients, co-workers, vendors, loan officers, and if needed, company's legal representative; be comfortable tackling unexpected challenges in the contracting process; understand the nuances to obtain 3rd party financing for customers; approach issues with creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset; stay focused on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Duties Include:
Managing the flow of projects through the company from intake to completion.
Generating change orders for customers.
Obtaining financing for customers.
Handling all customer issues pertaining to the contract, including but not limited to billing, permitting, cancellation requests, cancellations, change orders, and collections
Communicating with outside counsel, Better Business Bureau, and 3rd party collection agencies in an effort to resolve contract disputes not able to be resolved in-house
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Highly organized and detail oriented
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Must be detail oriented and able to review work for accuracy.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in business
Knowledge of SAGE 300 CRE
