Day.Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- IT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (DIGITAL HEALTH & AMBULATORY) to join our INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team!This role serves as an operations executive. The Director – IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) plays a key role in ensuring that the IT organization understands the needs of the business and delivers services that meet those needs. The BRM acts as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders. Maintain a positive relationship between IT and the business units assigned, ensuring that IT understands and supports business priorities, and that the business understands what IT can realistically provide.The role ensures that operations are aware of and prepared for Aspirus-wide IT initiatives, driven by strategy. This includes socializing coming changes, explaining the rational and expected benefits, working with operations to measure results and managing to success.This position demands strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. This position is expected to foster a positive work environment and uphold the organization's values through integrity and resilience.Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of information systems development, implementation and project management is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
  • Minimum of five years’ Information Technology Leadership and Project Management experience.
  • Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates.
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with a team environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of IT Service management and technology management best practices.
