  • We are looking for a SalesforceEngineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the functions of Salesforce administration or development such as modifying user profile and permissions, reports and dashboards, or basic development in either APEX or Flow.
Responsibilities:
  • Designs and documents Salesforce solutions.
  • Develops advanced skills in one focus area of either Salesforce administration or Salesforce development and intermediate skills in the other area.
  • Develops advanced skills in the advanced Salesforce items such as security, cloud concepts, and integration.
  • Estimate effort required to complete assigned tasks and completes assigned tasks on schedule.
  • Participate in cross-departmental project teams for projects.
  • Provide technical support to users. Give direction in a supportive and participative manner in a team environment.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of assignments and begin to grow a general understanding of other applications and how they interrelate and affect each other within the system.
Required Skills:
  • Three years of experience in an information technology field or one year of experience in Salesforce Administration or Development.
  • Good communication skills, oral and written.
  • Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
Bonus Skills:
  • Jira integration experience
  • DocuSign integration experience
