What You'll Do:Do you have experience as a Salesforce Admin who excels in a dynamic, product-driven environment? If so, Principal has a great opportunity for you in our Benefits & Protection business, focusing on Sales Compensation Technology.In this position you’ll have the opportunity to work on a platform team that supports our Salesforce CRM capabilities. The team works closely across product teams and with our operations leaders to optimize our business processes and supporting capabilities.   • Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce platform.
  • Implement new features and customize existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize business processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related questions and issues.

Who You Are:We are looking for someone with:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree with a preference in computer science, technology, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience working as a Salesforce Admin is required.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, processes and best practices.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for the Salesforce platform, staying on top of new releases and capabilities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
  • Take ownership and pride in your work. A voice for stewardship.
  • Mentoring, teaching, and growing skill sets of others.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $91000 - $152000 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
