  • This position helps to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM. As a senior technical expert, the role combines platform architecture, integration oversight (including Mulesoft), and project delivery. The engineer partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience, data integrity, and business agility.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce CRM systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and evolving business needs.
  • Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Pardot, Engage), and related tools using both declarative and programmatic approaches.
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using Mulesoft or similar platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational reliability.
  • Manage and deliver complex CRM initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, scope definition, project planning, testing, deployment, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions that optimize business processes.
  • Maintain system governance through effective security controls, user access management, documentation, and release planning.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical system issues and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT team members.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and configuration guides, to support knowledge transfer and ensure system integrity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years working directly with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven experience in administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Pardot, Engage).
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale CRM initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Salesforce certifications a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and understand technical documents is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, Flows) and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, permission sets, data models, and role hierarchies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
