Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Project Manager / Sr Associate in Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement. This role advances supplier management by leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize workflows and improve decision-making. You will develop digital tools, implement AI-driven automation, and provide insights that drive efficiency and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Data EnablementBuild and maintain supplier performance dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)Implement automation and AI solutions to streamline reporting and workflowsEnsure strong data governance and accessibilityAnalyze supplier data to identify trends and opportunitiesSupplier Performance & Project SupportDefine and track supplier performance KPIs for quality, compliance, and improvementPartner with leadership to expand digital support across supplier groupsCoordinate project tasks, deliverables, and timelinesDeliver insights that improve efficiency and supplier relationshipsProcess Innovation & CollaborationLead efforts to digitize and automate supplier oversight workflowsImplement process improvements that reduce manual workDocument workflows, automation logic, and data models for scalabilityBuild strong partnerships across functions to align with business needsRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in data management, visualization, and analyticsProficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and TeamsDemonstrated ability to deliver automation/AI solutionsStrong organizational and project management skillsFamiliarity with process optimization methodsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of supplier management practices in R&D, pharma, or biotechExperience with supplier performance tracking and compliance metricsBackground in process transformation or digital enablement initiativesKey CompetenciesDigital mindset with comfort applying automation, AI, and analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate and build cross-functional partnershipsConsistent delivery with focus on timelines and qualityTop 3 Must Have SkillsProficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and analyticsExperience applying AI/automation to optimize processesStrong project management and collaboration skillsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage dashboards for supplier performance trackingApply automation to reduce manual tasksTrack KPIs and provide actionable insightsCoordinate supplier-related projects and deliverablesLead process improvements for greater efficiency and digital adoption"This posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE"
