The Project Manager/ Sr Associate, Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement plays a critical role in advancing R&D Supplier Management and Performance Analytics (SMPA). This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and support informed decision-making. Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this manager will develop digital tools, track supplier performance metrics, and drive efficiency through AI and automation initiatives.This is a hands-on manager role: part technical innovator, part process optimizer, and part project coordinator - with a clear mandate to deliver measurable improvements in supplier oversight and business outcomes.Strategic Impact
