Nice to have: Pharma experienceThe Project Manager/ Sr Associate, Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement plays a critical role in advancing R&D Supplier Management and Performance Analytics (SMPA). This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and support informed decision-making. Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this manager will develop digital tools, track supplier performance metrics, and drive efficiency through AI and automation initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in data management, visualization, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Strong project management skills.
Familiarity with process optimization methodologies.
Proficiency with visualization and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams).Preferred Skills: Knowledge of supplier management practices in R&D, pharma, or biotech. Experience with supplier performance tracking and compliance metrics.
