- This position reports directly to the CEO
- Maintain multiple calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
- Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond and/or coordinate issues when necessary
- Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes during meetings.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Run errands as requested
- Work on special projects as necessary
- 5+ years experience in an administrative assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Familiar with Social Studio and Salesforce
