You’ll work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards, support team performance, and ensure smooth daily operations across guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces.What You’ll Do:
  • Support and lead the housekeeping team in daily room assignments, inspections, and quality control
  • Ensure guest rooms, common areas, and banquet spaces are impeccably clean and guest-ready
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and mentoring housekeeping team members
  • Step in to clean rooms or support public space upkeep as needed—hands-on leadership is key
  • Work with other departments to coordinate event and group needs
  • Maintain supply inventories and follow safety/cleaning protocols
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
You’re a Great Fit If You:
  • Have at least 2 years of housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel or banquet facility
  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish—a big plus in our diverse team
  • Take pride in cleanliness, organization, and creating a welcoming environment
