- Serve as a trusted strategic partner, bridging the gap between business needs and learning outcomes to drive organizational success
- Design and lead learning strategies using adult learning principles and spaced learning
- Develop and evaluate onboarding processes for service line-specific content
- Lead learning integration efforts for newly acquired organizations, identifying and addressing gaps in training
- Create diverse instructional materials (online, virtual, classroom) to meet organizational needs
- Apply instructional design methodologies to support knowledge transfer and skill development
- Maintain current knowledge of learning trends, methodologies, and technologies
- Continuously improve training programs through needs assessments and learner feedback
- Oversee learning deliverables ensuring timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies are met
- Coordinate with IT and enterprise project teams to maintain alignment
- Implement organizational change management frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and monitor ROI metrics and success measures for training initiatives
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing learning team. You’ll coach team members to enhance their engagement and performance, fostering a culture that embodies Mosaic’s values.
- Foster a team culture aligned with Mosaic’s values and leadership practices
- Provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities for direct reports
- Manage onboarding for service lines to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Ensure comprehensive training resources and support are available to new team members
- Crosswalk and align training processes with operational and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years as a trainer/facilitator
- Bachelor’s in Learning, Education, Design, or a related field (preferred)
- Expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, and spaced/blended learning
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
