- Prepare, monitor approvals, submit, and expedite purchase orders.
- Implement necessary systems and procedures to ensure effective product cost control.
- Review and replenish inventory of uniforms, PPE, pantry items, and operational supplies.
- Schedule deliveries for stock items.
- Collaborate with suppliers on the delivery of key products.
- Ensure receiving transactions are recorded in soft systems promptly.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
- Support the 3-way matching process in coordination with stakeholders and Accounts Payable.
- Maintain accurate and easily accessible files.
- Perform specialized administrative support functions.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulatory requirements and dnata policies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Preferred customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with purchasing Food and beverage.
- Preferred experience in food and beverage (food manufacturing or inflight catering)
