Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Perks: Tool and boot allowance, company-issued uniform, vehicle, and cell phone.About the Role: As a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing residential HVAC systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and support for their heating and cooling needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork.
- Educate customers on proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements to enhance their HVAC systems.
- Utilize an iPad to create customer invoices and maintain clear communication with the office.
- Travel to job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to uphold schedules and effectively communicate any delays to customers.
- Maintain an organized inventory of stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, fuel type, necessary test measurements, and relevant photographs.
- 4-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- Valid EPA certification is a must.
- Proficient in measuring ductwork and installing HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Skilled in testing and brazing line sets, as well as evacuating and charging HVAC systems.
- Ability to perform simple low and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and comfortable working from ladders up to 28’ high or higher.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing outstanding HVAC solutions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Must be willing to travel within King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson, and Island counties, including areas like Seattle, Renton, SeaTac, Kent, and Auburn.
