Location: King County, Snohomish, & Pierce County, WA (Travel required based on business need)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $35 - $60 per hour (DOE)

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will take charge of residential heating and cooling installations from start to finish. You’ll oversee and execute the safe and efficient setup of HVAC systems — including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers — while ensuring each project is completed to code, on time, and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership on job sites, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll represent the company with professionalism, mentor junior team members, and deliver comfort to every home you service.Key Responsibilities:
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers in residential homes
- Troubleshoot and test equipment during installation, startup, and operation
- Install flex and sheet metal duct systems per code and manufacturer specs
- Verify thermostat functionality and connectivity
- Load necessary tools and equipment into company vehicle daily
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow company safety protocols
- Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
- 4–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid EPA certification
- Strong ability to measure, install, and connect HVAC equipment and accessories
- Skilled in brazing, charging systems, and low/high voltage connections
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- Able to lift 100+ lbs and work comfortably on 28+ ft ladders
- Professionalism in customer communication and jobsite conduct
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
