In this floating role, you'll travel to multiple sites to perform groundskeeping, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks, ensuring our properties remain safe, clean, and welcoming. Your ability to adapt to varied environments and provide consistent, high-quality work will make you a valued part of our team.Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to assigned communities from Everett to Olympia to provide grounds and maintenance support.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and stairways.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.
  • Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs as needed.
  • Perform groundskeeping duties such as lawn care, trimming, and snow removal.
  • Deliver small tools or equipment between departments as needed.
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks and support other team members.
  • Work toward obtaining an O7B electrical technician license, if not already held.
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months of related experience preferred.
  • Reliable, insured vehicle with capacity to transport tools; valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; basic algebra and geometry skills a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow simple written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and on varied terrain.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs, and bending required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 5 and 9 years
