With professional training, career advancement, and a supportive environment, we empower our people to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.Position SummaryWe're seeking an adaptable and service-focused Administrative Response Team - Floating Community Manager to provide leadership, operational support, and hands-on management across multiple communities. In this role, you'll step in to cover vacancies, support training initiatives, and help properties meet leasing, financial, and resident satisfaction goals. Your flexibility and expertise will keep operations running smoothly while ensuring an outstanding resident experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to assigned communities to provide management coverage and on-site training as needed.
  • Show available apartments to prospective residents, explain terms of occupancy, and highlight community amenities.
  • Provide information on nearby schools, shopping, recreation, and public transportation.
  • Complete leasing activities, including securing deposits, preparing leases, and move-in documentation.
  • Collect rent payments, issue receipts, and address delinquency matters.
  • Inspect vacated units and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
  • Direct and support maintenance staff to ensure timely work order completion.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor property curb appeal, safety, and operational standards.
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor on-site teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365; Yardi or RealPage experience highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Willingness to travel between communities; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 5 and 9 years
