- Experience in predictive analytics, AI/ML applications in process improvement.
- Familiarity with agile project management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction across operations by identifying process inefficiencies and waste.
- Utilize multivariate DOE to identify key process drivers and optimize performance.
- Apply DMAIC methodology to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Develop data-driven solutions and implement process controls to ensure long-term success.
- Design and build a predictive model utilizing past and current process and performance data to proactively indicate recommended process condition changes and the expected outcome
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through data visualization and reports.
- Conduct training and mentorship for Green Belts and project teams to build organizational capability.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Minitab and SQL to analyze and interpret data.
- Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven improvements.
- Ensure project alignment with business strategy and measurable impact on KPIs.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or data analytics.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams to achieve significant business results.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Hands-on experience with multivariate DOE and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, SQL, etc).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills influence and drive change.
