The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting field teams by managing logistics, dispatch, and coordination of daily operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate daily work schedules and dispatch field personnel
● Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage service expectations
● Track field activities, maintain accurate reports, and resolve any operational issues
● Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
● Support inventory management and equipment trackingQualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a coordination role
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office
● Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a dynamic environment
