Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Position Pending, Subject to Award)Position OverviewBeta Systems International is seeking a Program/Management Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Liaison Office based at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida. This role provides program management and oversight for Coast Guard aviation students, ensuring compliance with training directives and coordination with Navy and Air Force aviation commands. While the position allows for some telework, it is primarily based in Pensacola and requires travel to other training sites.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Coast Guard aviation student training pipelines, managing progression for approximately 165 students and 35 instructors annually.Administer program workflows, including Officer Evaluation Reports (OERs), Enlisted Evaluation Reports (EERs), directives, and documentation.Coordinate with Navy and Air Force training commands to ensure compliance with CNATRAINST 1500.4L and related aviation directives.Prepare and submit weekly progress reports covering hours, costs, and program updates.Develop project plans, track performance metrics, and apply analytical methods to assess program efficiency.Maintain liaison with the Naval Air Training Command (CNATRA), Training Wings FOUR and FIVE, and the U.S. Air Force 23rd Flying Training Squadron.Provide program management expertise while ensuring compliance with Coast Guard and DHS standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Program Management, Aviation, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Prior experience in aviation training management or program analysis, preferably with the U.S. Coast Guard, Navy, or Department of Defense.Knowledge of Coast Guard and Navy aviation directives (e.g., CNATRAINST 1500.4L, COMDTINST 1500.10D).Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience in workflow management and program evaluation.Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain compliance with government reporting requirements.U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to pass background investigation.Work Schedule and LocationDuty Station: NAS Pensacola, FL (hybrid: on-site with telework authorized).Hours: Monday–Saturday, 0530–1700 EST (40 hours per week).Travel: Required to NAS Whiting Field (FL), NAS Corpus Christi (TX), and Fort Novosel (AL).
