- Stakeholder management:
- Work closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to proactively diagnose their main opportunities, collaborate to provide insights around pricing effectiveness, identify strategic and tactical initiatives and set priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our revenue management team, helping provide technical and content-based expertise
- Processes and capabilities:
- Ensure adherence to internal pricing policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
- Enforce approval workflows and audit trails for trade expenditure.
- Monitor and enforce pricing guardrails, discount thresholds, and approval workflows.
- Own the trade promotion management (TPM) system and workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Management to allocate annual trade budgets by customer and brand.
- Work with Finance to reconcile accruals and actuals.
- Own trade promotion management (TPM) system and workflows
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Define user requirements and test new functionalities for TPM or other related systems.
- Train users and develop documentation for pricing systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track pricing performance, compliance, and margin leakage.
- Build the processes, models, tools and best practices on how to monitor execution of our revenue and margin objectives.
- Hire, train, lead and develop a team to effectively work alongside business leaders.

- Master's degree in business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
- Background working in CPG, agriculture and animal protein industries preferred.
- 6+ years of work experience in a corporate environment, with experience both building and managing pricing, revenue and margin management teams and processes, with a clear understanding of different models and approaches, in the food space for both retail and food service channels.
- Proven experience in budgeting and managing trade and promotional accruals and familiarity with end-to-end payment workflows.
- Experience in process change management.
- Strong analytical background, with clear understanding of different business objectives / insights methodologies and frameworks, with proven hands-on experience and career progression.
- Leadership, with excellent communication, networking, collaborative and relational skills.
- Strong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills.
- Availability and service-oriented mindset.
- Organized and strong planner.
- Experience with Price Pack Architecture, TPM, Yield and Margin Management frameworks.
- Project management experience and capability building.
- Great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other sales, pricing, and trade solutions.

- Base salary range of $100,000-$130,000;
