Job Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Environmental/Employee Health, Safety, and Training Manager to lead our EHS and employee training programs. The Environmental/Employee Health, Safety, and Training Manager will dedicate 50% of their time to training initiatives and 50% to environmental, health, and safety oversight. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ODEQ standards while developing a safe, well-trained, and compliant workforce.Required Experience & SkillsProven experience in Health & Safety, EHS, or Occupational Health (including accident investigation)Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments preferredRelevant certifications (CSP, CIH) a plusStrong training program development and delivery experienceBachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety preferred; 5–10 years equivalent experience may substituteExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in teamsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental Health and SafetyDeliver OSHA 29 CFR safety training (onboarding, HAZMAT, PPE, hazard communication)Coordinate with ODEQ for permitting, SWPPP, and compliance trainingManage hazardous material manifests and coordinate disposal with suppliersAssist with ISO 45001 Safety Management Program implementationConduct scheduled facility safety audits and enforce PPE complianceLead accident, incident, and near-miss reporting/investigationsOversee SARA Tier II and EPA Form R annual reporting requirementsMaintain SDS and Right-to-Know programs for all chemicalsEmployee Health, Safety, and TrainingManage company-wide employee training program and maintain training matrixPartner with managers to develop recurrent training plansDeliver OSHA-required training and other initiativesDevelop training materials, coordinate schedules, and track completionReinforce a culture of safety and continuous learning across all teamsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to work in both office and production environmentsMay involve walking, standing, and moderate physical activityWork environment includes aerospace/manufacturing conditions, with noise, chemicals, and industrial exposureJob Order #: 121944Stand-By Personnel | Skilled DivisionTulsa Office Location:
