- Develop and execute government affairs strategies that align with company objectives, engaging with federal, state, and local officials, agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Communicate legislative priorities through concise advocacy materials, white papers, and direct relationship-building with policymakers, regulators, and trade associations
- Support strategic planning by evaluating business challenges, recommending solutions, and collaborating with senior leadership on policy alignment and innovation
- Administer the company PAC, manage consultant engagements, support charitable giving efforts, and oversee department budgets and compliance filings
- Partner with internal teams and political consultants to shape RFP responses and advocacy campaigns that support business development and regulatory goals
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experienced Legislative Director or Chief of Staff to a state or federal member
- Experienced political campaign manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in political, legislative, or corporate government affairs positions; minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level role
- Experienced political events and advance lead
- Experience as a spokesperson on behalf of a campaign, company, elected member, or government
- Experience as a PAC administrator or campaign treasurer preferred
