
Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivable

- Upload invoices into customer portals.
- Reconcile invoices to purchase orders.
- Handle customer payment inquiries and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Scan documents from our warehouse.
- Upload scanned documents to shared files in our system.
- Organize and maintain electronic files with a keen eye for detail.
- Utilize Adobe software for document processing and editing.
- Respond to customer requests via email.
- Assist in providing requested documents and information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to customer needs.
- Prior experience with accounts receivable and basic accounting principles is required. (at least 2 years)
- Proficiency in using Adobe software for document management is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably P21, is a plus but not mandatory.
