
Direct Support Staff - HAB Program

- Provide appropriate interventions to teach or maintain client's skills dependent upon client needs
- Provide protective oversight and supervision
- Document services and communicate regularly with others to ensure continuity of care
- Work with clients on various goals
- Transport clients to appointments, jobs, etc.
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Every other weekend availability
- A valid driver's license with a driving record that will allow insurability
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical with a drug and alcohol screen
- Previous experience working with the chronically mentally ill population preferred

- Three shifts, float positions may be available
- 1st shift (7a - 3p)
- 2nd shift (3p - 11p) with generous $3 differential
- 3rd shift (11p - 7a) with generous $2 differential
- $2 weekend incentive for working weekend shifts
