
Graduate Assistant – Project Coordinator for Finance and Data Science Center

- Assist in planning and executing Center events and student engagement activities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support KPI development and Center reporting.
- Create and maintain digital forms and surveys (such as, Google Forms, Qualtrics) to gather stakeholder feedback.
- Assist in designing presentations and reports using technology (e.g., Excel, Power Point) to communicate Center outcomes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva, web design (Wix) and social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty and students.
- Enrollment in a Dominican University graduate program is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Prior experience supporting events, workshops, or student programs.
- Experience with digital marketing and student outreach.
- Experience with data collection and organization.
