- Oversee planning and execution of gaming and casino projects, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage the design process by developing project scope, facilitating RFPs, selecting designers, and incorporating best practices across departments
- Ensure project budgets and schedules are maintained by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and design teams, conducting value engineering, and addressing any potential cost or timeline impacts
- Oversee construction activities, including contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, site access, progress monitoring, and compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage procurement and installation of FF&E, ensuring proper research, cost evaluation, delivery, and integration into facility operations
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field required; LEED AP preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the casino and gaming project management or construction industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an owner's representative, lead project manager, or construction manager for projects exceeding $75 million
- Construction project management experience in ground-up construction and renovations to existing facilities
- Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts is required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Blue Beam, AutoCAD and PMWeb required
