- Have a strong bias for action; able to navigate ambiguity and the “gray” space.
- Understand business deliverables and independently putting together a program for delivery.
- Meet deliverable deadlines by anticipating roadblocks and working with teams and stakeholders to remove them.
- Create risk management plans and maintain risk register.
- Define program scope, including estimations for deliverables such as requirements and conceptual design tasks and related documentation.
- Lead regularly scheduled status meeting with engineering teams, senior stakeholders, and executives; strong written and oral communication is a must.
- Manage communication across organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Develop standard program deliverables; i.e. SOWs, Project Charters, Project Timelines .
- Have strong ownership to manage projects from implementation to completion.
- 10+ years leading complex technical / engineering programs, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
- 15+ years relevant work experience in program and project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
- Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to effectively represent engineering perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership.
- Ability to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels including the executive level.
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
- Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior TPMs.
- Extensive experience with cloud services, virtualization, or SaaS products.
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
