DescriptionResponsibility, authority and 24 hour accountability for the management of resident/patient and all employees assigned to neighborhoods. Management of the neighborhood includes development and implementation of a resident/patient directed service model which integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and home like environment.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.   • Bachelor's Degree - In Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • 5 years - In a leadership and management role in Nursing.
  • 2 years - In Long Term care setting including end of life care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year- Experience with palliative care programs
