- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, particularly within technology, media, and telecommunications settings.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and communicating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as directed by site-specific requirements.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
