Knowledge relating to subsidized housing programs including public housing, Housing Choice Vouchers, and project-based rental assistance is ideal.Thorough knowledge of research and evaluation methods, including quantitative and qualitative approaches; experience designing and conducting complex applied research.Skill and familiarity in working with large administrative and publicly available data sets and in conducting statistical analyses.
