- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage the workers' compensation claims process in collaboration with insurance providers.
- Lead succession planning initiatives to identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
